Frequently Asked Questions

I’m not actually named Mac. Mac’s stands for Making All Customers Satisfied, representing our commitment to quality work, honest service and doing everything we can to leave every customer proud of their vehicle. But since I’m the one behind the business, I guess you could call me Mac.

Do you come to my house? Can you detail my vehicle while I’m at work?
Yes. Mac’s Power is fully mobile, so we can detail your vehicle at your home, workplace or another approved location. As long as we have access to the vehicle and permission to work on the property, you do not need to be present during the entire service.

My car isn’t that dirty.
Possibly. Pricing depends on the vehicle’s size, condition and the service needed. If your vehicle only needs a light maintenance cleaning, I can recommend a simpler package. However, even vehicles that look clean are usually far from perfect up close. More time allows for deeper cleaning, finer details and a better overall result.

Pricing depends on the vehicle’s size, condition and the service selected. Most services start around $100, with complete details starting at $200 and paint correction or ceramic coating priced higher. Final pricing may vary based on stains, pet hair, sand, buildup, oxidation, damage or any additional time and work required. Photos or an in-person inspection may be needed before confirming the final price.

Yes. Maintenance plans are available after an initial detail and can be scheduled weekly, biweekly or monthly. Pricing depends on the vehicle’s size, condition, service frequency and how well it is maintained between appointments.

We accept cash, credit or debit cards and secure digital invoices. Payment is due once the service is completed. Some larger services may require a deposit, which is applied toward the final balance.
